In our work together, we will prioritize building a healthier relationship with food and improving your body image (how you feel about your body) instead of focusing on the active pursuit of weight loss and other harmful dieting behaviors. We will focus on creating sustainable, healthy habits and building more positive patterns and behaviors to support a healthy relationship with food and your body.
