SINCE I WAS 7 YEARS OLD, I’VE BEEN FASCINATED BY HOW MUCH OUR QUALITY OF LIFE IS AFFECTED BY OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD AND OUR BODIES.

I grew up with a family member in a larger body and was absolutely horrified at how society treated them. That shame and stigma did nothing but make their food situation 700x worse.

In my early 20’s I fell into a pattern of binge eating myself that led to significant weight gain, followed by years of cycling through restrictive eating in an effort to get a grip on it. (Yeah, we’re talking detoxes, ew!)

I’m also sober since March of 2014, which adds to my bones deep understanding of what it’s like to use substances (food, alcohol, etc.) to numb, check-out, control, self-soothe, void fill, you get the jist.

I FOUND THAT TRADITIONAL “TREATMENT” FOR DISORDERED EATING FELL SHORT, AND SO I DESIGNED A COMPREHENSIVE, SUPPORT FROM ALL ANGLES PROGRAM TO HELP PEOPLE HEAL FROM THE INSIDE OUT IN 6 MONTHS OR LESS.

I’ve dedicated my life to helping people transform their lives through addressing the root causes of their shitty relationship with food, their bodies, and overall health.

I’ve helped hundreds, if not thousands (i’ve lost count!) of people over my 12 years as a registered dietitian.

As I work towards a degree as a therapist, I’m also able to infuse the deep, psychological aspect of food and your body into our work together.

  • Reading a LOT of books. Usually at least 5 at a time! I love to learn so anything that involves learning is fun for me! I also enjoy cooking, being outside as much as possible, and traveling solo!
